Preguntas Frecuentes

Is Codex included in ChatGPT Plus?

Yes. Codex has no standalone subscription — it's included in Plus, Pro, Business, Edu and Enterprise, with token-based usage credits since April 2026.

How is Codex different from GitHub Copilot?

Copilot is primarily an in-editor assistant; Codex is a full agent that takes a task, works autonomously in a sandbox or your repo, runs tests, and opens pull requests.

Can Codex work on my GitHub repos?

Yes — connect GitHub and Codex can pick up issues, propose fixes, review PRs and push branches from its cloud environment.
